Who does what in circular fashion? Many great groups are working on circular fashion from multiple angles and at various scales. Let’s take some time to map out how these activities connect and support one another. How might material innovators be collaborating with apparel collectors and recyclers? What role do designers play in circular fashion? And what would be the impact of brands, designers, and suppliers collaborating to catalyze systems change in the fashion industry by transforming its material inputs?
Take a deep dive into Fashion Positive’s Volume Pooling Methodology and learn how PLUS Members will shape material workstreams. Research and experience show that multiple brands share pre-competitive foundational materials including dyes, chemicals, finishings, trims, base fabrics, yarns, and more. The Volume Pooling Methodology gives PLUS Members an opportunity to accelerate change towards positive fashion while sharing costs, effort and time with fellow industry leaders.
